1 Week Diet to Lose Weight

You can start with modifying your breakfast. Switch to whole wheat bread, if you are not taking it already. Take 200 ml orange juice in breakfast everyday and adding a nutritious fruit like a banana can help as well. You can also consume 100 g low fat yogurt in addition to that as a snack.
For lunch, include whole-meal roll with canned tuna. Along with that, take fresh salad including peppers and lettuce, along with low-fat mayonnaise. You can also take mashed potatoes not exceeding 100 g. Of course, there is no need to elaborate that you should stay away from all kinds of junk food that you would otherwise be consuming as snacks.
For dinner, you should take mashed potatoes under 100 g, under 100 g of white meat, say chicken to get some variety, boiled vegetables such as carrots and gravy. You should also take green tea after the dinner and within the day if possible and use it strictly without any sugar.
Maintain the diet for a week and you will start observing weight loss.
